We at Seven Sisters Botanicals work hard to ensure that your handmade products are delivered safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing times may increase during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship most orders via US Postal Service Ground Advantage Mail or Priority Mail

How will I know my order has been shipped?

An email notification will be sent  to let you know your package is on its way. 

SHIPPING RATES/ What are my shipping cost options?

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on shipment zipcode and weight.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped from the Hudson Valley, New York within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of payment.

SHIPPING/ How will my items be shipped? 

Most orders are shipped  via US Postal Service Ground Advantage Mail or Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail: 

  • Priority mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on your zip code. 

  • You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of payment. 

USPS Ground Advantage Mail: 

  • Ground Advantage Mail takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on your zip code.

  • You should receive your order within 5 to 9 business days from receipt of payment.

On all orders of $150 or more

Please note: These are estimates. Seven Sisters Botanicals cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur due to courier issues, adverse weather, customs processing, or other external factors.

 

​TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking information (if available) will be provided

You may track your shipment using the link or tracking number provided.

 

​INCOMPLETE OR ADDRESS ERRORS

Customers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of all shipping details.
Seven Sisters Botanicals  is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages caused by inaccurate information

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees.

 

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES OR DELIVERY ISSUES

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Lost or stolen packages after courier delivery

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and damaged items

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

 

​INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

Customers outside our home country may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional clearance fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Seven Sisters Botanicals  is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

 

​ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We can modify or cancel orders only if they have not yet been shipped.
