Refund + Return  Policy 

  Seven Sisters Botanicals takes great pride in creating high-quality handmade       herbal products that are crafted with care. Your satisfaction is important to   us,   and we want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable.                       Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy below.

   Because our soaps and skincare items are handcrafted and intended for                personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Unsealed items

  • Products removed from their original packaging

      This policy helps us maintain high standards of hygiene and product safety.

 

  DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  If you received:

  • The wrong item,

  • Damaged products

  Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with a quick resolution, please           include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

 

  Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A free replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (in select cases)

 

  ORDER ERRORS OR CHANGES

  If you made a mistake with your order:

  • Contact us immediately

  • If the order has not been shipped, we can update or correct it.

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

 

  REFUND ELIGIBILITY

  Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Items are significantly damaged during shipping

  • The incorrect products were delivered

  • A manufacturing error is confirmed

 

  Refunds cannot be processed for:

  • Customer error after shipment

  • Dislike of scent or natural variations

  • Minor imperfections common in handmade products

      Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

 

​  NATURAL VARIATIONS

  •   Due to our small-batch, handcrafted process, each product is unique, especially   our bar soaps. Soap color and fragrance and weight  may change with time, as   with salves, balms, scrubs and other products. These variations are normal and     are not considered as defects.

  • Variations in fabric for lavender sachets and eye pillows are subject to availability. Variations in formulas are also subject to change.​​

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier:

  • Seven Sisters Botanicals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • We will assist you in opening a courier investigation if needed

  Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
